Refund & Return Policy

At J2 Beauty Shop, each item is made especially for you through our trusted production partner, Printify. Because products are printed on demand, we do not keep inventory on hand. For this reason, our return policy follows Printify’s production guidelines.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor color differences due to screen variations

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • A photo of the shipping label on the package

Once approved under Printify’s policy guidelines, we will:

  • Issue a free replacement
    OR

  • Provide a full refund

Production Errors

If there is a manufacturing error (misprint, defect, damaged during production), Printify covers the cost of replacement. No additional shipping fees will apply to approved claims.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with Printify to issue a replacement.

If tracking shows “Delivered,” we are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. Please contact your local carrier first.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by production error.

Final Sale Items

All promotional, discounted, or clearance items are final sale.
